About the Role

Stretchd is seeking individuals passionate about wellness to introduce new clients to the space and deliver their signature Facessage service. This unique service sculpts, smooths, and tones facial muscles, incorporating lymphatic drainage and acupressure for pain relief.

Responsibilities

• Completion of Face*ssage training program
• Adhere to the Face*ssage techniques as outlined in the training manual
• Provide exceptional hospitality and be personable to all clients
• Furnish recommendations to the client based on their goals, including follow-up visits and membership options
• Review and assist clients with new client intake forms
• Actively maintain the cleanliness and organization of the space
• Work alongside the Space Manager/Advisors to ensure a seamless client check-in and experience
• Assist Management with day-to-day operations, including light cleaning tasks of the Face*ssage room
• Multitask, problem-solve, and think on your feet
• Perform light administrative duties
• Perform other duties as needed

Requirements

• Must have a valid esthetician license or massage therapist license in the state of application
• Must be a licensed esthetician or massage therapist in NY
• Minimum 1 year experience as a practicing esthetician or massage therapist
• Must be highly organized and have excellent interpersonal skills and a service-oriented outlook
• Ability to work independently, as well as on a team
• Must have a strong ability to communicate clearly with clients, team members, and senior leadership
• Valid Esthetician or Massage Therapist License required
• Must be able to move and/or lift heavy items, up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 lbs.
