About the Role

Responsibilities
- Deliver parts to customers with a passion for developing relationships.
- Pick up parts from vendors, accurately stock parts, and maintain/check inventory.
- Consistently focus on safety while driving and delivering parts.
- Serve as a NAPA Brand Ambassador during customer interactions.
- Build long-term relationships with customers.
- Maintain the store delivery truck through adherence to safety checklists, ensuring vehicle cleanliness, and performing basic maintenance.
- Perform basic store housekeeping and organizational projects.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- Agility to bend to floor-level shelves and reach to upper shelves (eight feet) with use of stool or ladder when necessary.
- Stamina to stand and walk for the entire work shift.
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs of merchandise.
- Ability to handle cash charge transactions correctly and core/part returns appropriately.
- Maintain a distribution log or tracking system to record all deliveries/pickups made.
- Inspect, protect, and maintain company assets, merchandise, vehicles, building, and people.
- Clear speaking and attentive listening skills.
- Ability to drive throughout the metropolitan area using maps and directions.
- Flexibility with schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Valid Driver’s License.
