About the Role

Join an expanding, forward-thinking financial services company as a Financial Adviser. This role offers an opportunity to manage and develop client relationships while delivering holistic, compliant advice in a collaborative, professional environment with high standards and strong support.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain long-term, trusted client relationships.
  • Conduct in-depth reviews of clients’ financial circumstances, objectives, and risk profiles.
  • Design and deliver tailored financial planning strategies across pensions, investments, and protection.
  • Provide clear explanations of complex advice, costs, and regulatory disclosures.
  • Ensure all advice is compliant with FCA requirements and internal standards.
  • Collaborate with technical and support teams to deliver an efficient, high-quality client experience.
  • Maintain accurate client records and appropriate documentation.
  • Identify opportunities to grow the client base through referrals and professional connections.
  • Meet agreed commercial and performance targets.
  • Actively maintain the firm’s reputation for professionalism, integrity, and client service excellence.

Requirements

  • Minimum Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (Chartered status or working towards desirable).
  • Strong understanding of FCA regulatory requirements.
  • Experience delivering holistic financial advice.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex information for clients.
  • Commercial awareness with a proactive, growth mindset.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Professional, ethical, and client-first approach.
