Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term, trusted client relationships.
- Conduct in-depth reviews of clients’ financial circumstances, objectives, and risk profiles.
- Design and deliver tailored financial planning strategies across pensions, investments, and protection.
- Provide clear explanations of complex advice, costs, and regulatory disclosures.
- Ensure all advice is compliant with FCA requirements and internal standards.
- Collaborate with technical and support teams to deliver an efficient, high-quality client experience.
- Maintain accurate client records and appropriate documentation.
- Identify opportunities to grow the client base through referrals and professional connections.
- Meet agreed commercial and performance targets.
- Actively maintain the firm’s reputation for professionalism, integrity, and client service excellence.
Requirements
- Minimum Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (Chartered status or working towards desirable).
- Strong understanding of FCA regulatory requirements.
- Experience delivering holistic financial advice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to simplify complex information for clients.
- Commercial awareness with a proactive, growth mindset.
