About the Role
This role involves attending depositions, court conferences, and trials, managing discovery, evaluating liability and damages, and conducting legal research and motions. The position also includes participation in special projects and additional duties as required.

Requirements
- Juris Doctor Degree and admitted to the NY State Bar required.
- 1-3 years of experience in litigation defending premises liability cases preferred.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 required.
- Legal case management programs required, Neos preferred.
- Ability to travel to court appearances, site inspections and depositions throughout the New York Metropolitan area on a daily basis.
