About the Role
This is a high-impact role where you'll help shape product development, prioritization, and rollout success at an exciting growth-stage company. You will own prioritization and execution for your product area, working closely with founders and leadership to align with the broader roadmap. Key aspects include deeply understanding customer businesses and leveraging AI capabilities to create innovative solutions.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the roadmap for foundational capabilities that fuel our next generation of AI agents, from initial concept through launch.
- Partner directly with customers to identify new opportunities for AI to reshape their workflows, enable automation, and improve their overall experience.
- Build tools that give contractors real control over how their AI agents handle calls, bookings, and follow-ups — tailored to their specific trade, service area, and way of doing business.
- Turn promising ideas into well-defined product specs, then collaborate with engineering and design to bring them to life.
Requirements
- High-agency: you bring structure to ambiguity, move without being told, and own outcomes end to end.
- Strong business judgment: you get to the real need underneath a customer request and prioritize based on P&L impact, not loudest voice.
- AI-first: you default to asking what's now possible, not what's been done before, and you've built agents or AI-powered workflows yourself.
- Former founder, or a PM who has operated like one: you've made calls with incomplete information, owned outcomes, and stayed close to customers throughout.
- Experience at a high-growth B2B startup (Series A to C).
- Home services or field service management experience.
