About the Role
Serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries as a Part-Time Security Officer. This role offers flexibility with opportunities to build a schedule and explore new roles using the Claim a Shift platform. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to deter incidents, conduct routine patrols, communicate professionally, and provide exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, reporting unusual conditions and security-related concerns.
- Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location to help deter unauthorized entry and policy violations.
- Complete required reports and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Applicants will be subject to a background investigation.
- Applicants will be subject to a drug screen.
- Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
