About the Role

We’re looking for a sophisticated communicator to join our team as Strategic Delivery Consultant. In this role, you will lead and own the delivery of high-impact, enterprise-wide initiatives that shape business strategy, operational performance, and client outcomes. Partnering directly with senior leadership, you will combine structured problem solving with disciplined program execution to drive measurable results across complex, cross-functional environments. Operating within a large-scale transformation context, you will ensure initiatives tied to growth, efficiency, modernization, and experience are clearly defined, effectively executed, and aligned to enterprise priorities, including technology enablement, AI adoption, and operating model evolution.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and own the delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution, ensuring alignment to enterprise transformation goals and measurable business outcomes.
  • Establish structured delivery frameworks including governance, roadmaps, milestones, and success metrics to drive disciplined execution.
  • Act as a strategic delivery partner and, where applicable, fulfill product ownership responsibilities to ensure end-to-end (“wing-to-wing”) delivery.
  • Oversee initiative lifecycle from concept through implementation, ensuring alignment between business, technology, and operational teams.
  • Partner with C-suite and senior leaders to align on priorities, influence decisions, and drive outcomes.
  • Translate complex concepts into clear, compelling narratives and facilitate executive forums, steering committees, and decision-making sessions.
  • Drive decision-making through structured analysis, breaking down complex business challenges into actionable solutions.
  • Establish and manage governance structures, including RAID tracking, reporting frameworks, and escalation processes.
  • Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and constraints, implementing mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve delivery methodologies, reduce manual processes, and enhance operational efficiency through automation and AI-enabled solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
  • 8–10 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, enterprise PMO, or strategic delivery roles.
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex, multi-workstream, enterprise-level initiatives.
  • Proven experience working with senior executives and navigating complex organizational structures.
  • Experience delivering end-to-end initiatives, not solely advisory or recommendation-based roles.
  • Experience in consulting firms or consulting-style roles.

Skills

  • Sophisticated communicator with strong executive presence and attention to detail.
  • Proactive, highly organized, and accountable for outcomes.
  • Advanced analytical thinking and structured methodologies to develop scalable, practical solutions with minimal direction.
  • Ability to lead through influence, align stakeholders, drive accountability, and ensure execution across cross-functional teams.
  • Experience leveraging automation, AI, and process optimization to improve efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness.
  • Ability to anticipate risks, bring stakeholders together, and consistently drive initiatives forward with clarity and discipline.
