About the Role

Acrisure is seeking a Junior Developer - ServiceNow to be the technical owner of Acrisure’s ServiceNow environment. This role will support the development, configuration, testing, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform while working closely with senior developers, administrators, business analysts, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing, configuring, and maintaining ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows.
  • Create and modify forms, tables, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and catalog items.
  • Support development of Service Catalog requests, record producers, and automated workflows.
  • Configure notifications, approvals, and integrations under guidance from senior team members.
  • Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and resolving platform issues.
  • Monitor platform performance and assist with routine maintenance activities.
  • Support ServiceNow upgrades and patch testing efforts.
  • Document configurations, technical specifications, and development procedures.
  • Ensure adherence to development standards, governance, and best practices.
  • Work with business stakeholders and business analysts to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation.
  • Collaborate with system administrators and other developers to deliver platform enhancements.
  • Perform unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Follow change management and release management processes.
  • Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and organizational standards.

Requirements

  • Basic understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and capabilities.
  • Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnerships.
  • Final candidates will be required to complete post-offer verification processes related to the role and in accordance with applicable laws.
