About the Role
As a Sales Assistant at Jimmy Choo, you will be a brand representative supporting the sales team and delivering lasting client relationships in an inspiring and rewarding environment with opportunities for individual development.
Responsibilities
- Replenish merchandise on the sales floor
- Perform stock checks for customers and in support of Sales Associates
- Assist with merchandise floor moves and other visual tasks
- Process POS transactions accurately and efficiently
- Comply with all sales related policies and procedures
- Maintain organization back of house to upkeep the standards and efficiency
- Greet & interact with customers in a warm and friendly manner
- Determine customer’s needs and direct them to the appropriate sales associate
- Assist the sales associates in resolving all client problems and complaints as needed
Requirements
- 2+ years of luxury retail experience
- Must be available Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays
- Prior experience using POS system
- A self-starter with the ability to drive results
- Curious and motivated with the ability to engage; a true sales professional
- Customer service focused; ability to sell with a passion for client and community engagement
