About the Role

The Manager, Operations will be responsible for operationalizing the rollout and management of several global projects for the US + INTL markets. This role involves direct correspondence with local markets and coordination with other Mediabrands network entities. Strong Excel skills for data compilation, analysis, visualization, and automation are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with global team and local markets as needed.
  • Provide ongoing support to ensure process compliance within set rules and proper system usage globally.
  • Manage budget/finance through Media Tools, including facilitation of spend/impression reporting, flowchart issuances, and audit deliverables.
  • Serve as a connection point between analytics, planning, and investment teams for seamless data review, launch Q/A, and data hygiene processes.
  • Document processes, create templates, and identify opportunities for operational improvements.
  • Coordinate education sessions, enterprise-level thought leadership, and POVs.
  • Manage the annual schedule of competitive deliverables and ensure team deadlines are met.
  • Collaborate with agency partners to continuously improve ways of working.
  • Coordinate and manage day-to-day relationships with external partners and integrated internal teams.
  • Manage and own key global process documents, such as recruitment trackers and weekly status reports.

Requirements

  • Foundational knowledge of planning & investment processes, including trafficking, billing, and competitive analysis.
  • Strong Excel experience.
  • Process oriented and operationally minded.
