Responsibilities

Participate in the design and development of new network visibility products, including complex systems with high-speed networking, compute, and FPGA resources.
Develop state-of-the-art Network Visibility Hardware products and guide the design of next-generation products.
Author schematics and manage PCB layout resources.
Support sustaining efforts and implement changes to improve yields.
Participate in a cross-functional team environment including Mechanical, RTL, Software, and Manufacturing.

Requirements

BS degree in Electrical Engineering with 5-7 years of relevant experience.
Experience in product development from concept to production.
Knowledge of high-speed signal integrity concepts and practices.
Experience with EMC design techniques and solving EMC non-compliance issues.
Proficient with lab equipment and capturing complex measurements.
Experience with high-performance processors and embedded platforms.
Competent with Cadence tools: OrCad/Concept, Allegro.
Knowledge of PCB Stackups and understanding of materials.
Experience with switching power supply design.
Strong debugging skills and analytical problem-solving abilities.
Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Excellent verbal and written English skills.
Ability to work in small teams.
