About the Role

AutoCamp is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Guest Experience Team Member to join our team! AutoCamp is a lifestyle hotel brand that is changing the way people experience the great outdoors. Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests warmly and courteously.
Monitor kitchen cleanliness and adherence to food and drink safety laws.
Assist with cooking and serving meals and beverages as needed.
Restock store and back-of-house inventory regularly.
Support guests with registration, accommodation assignments, and special requests.
Guide guests through check-ins/check-outs efficiently and friendly, following AutoCamp policies.
Collect and distribute guest messages.
Pre-register, block, and take same-day and future reservations according to hotel rate structures and strategies.
Resolve guest complaints and assist with inquiries about services, events, directions, and local attractions.
Assist in solving billing discrepancies.
Perform cancellations according to procedures.
Perform other duties as requested by the supervisor.

Requirements

Must be over 21 to pour alcohol.

Skills

Passion for the great outdoors and creating delight for guests
Previous food and beverage experience preferred
Ability to work with cloud-based applications
Knowledge of Google Suite products preferred
Strong relational skills
Thoroughness and attention to detail
Excellent and attentive customer service
Hospitality background, preferably in hotels or resorts
Food and beverage background
Customer service background
Well-groomed with a keen sense of style and appreciation for good design
Creative problem-solving abilities
