About the Role
The Summit Center is seeking a Cafeteria Monitor to provide supervision and instructional support for students with autism and other developmental disabilities during lunch periods, ensuring a safe and organized cafeteria environment.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate professional knowledge of children with developmental disabilities
- Maintain an organized, clean and effective cafeteria environment
- Monitor and assist with students during classroom lunch periods
- Coordinate and collaborate with Support Service Personnel
- Manage behavioral challenges
- Adhere to The Summit Center Core Agency Values of Adaptability, Accountability, Collaboration, Integrity, Optimism, and Respect
- Adhere to the Summit Center employment policies as outlined in the Employee Handbook including, but not limited to dress code, attendance and punctuality, and Paid Time Off
- Perform any other duties as requested by your supervisor
