About the Role
Waterstone of Westchester is seeking a Maintenance Assistant for weekend shifts to join their facilities team. This role is crucial in maintaining the grounds, facility, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
Responsibilities
- Maintains the grounds, facility and equipment in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines, regulations and our established policies and procedures.
- May be directed by the Director of Building Services.
Requirements
- English is required.
- Dependable, compassionate, and genuinely interested in making life healthier and happier for seniors.
Skills
- Preventative Maintenance preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Plumbing, Electrical and Carpentry required.
- Painting experience a plus.
