About the Role
One Medical is seeking current Residents or Fellows completing their training in 2025 or 2026 for primary care roles in the San Francisco / Bay Area. Join a community of clinicians using physician-designed technology to transform healthcare and provide exceptional patient experiences.
Responsibilities
- Manage a patient panel with diverse needs, conducting acute, chronic, and well visits.
- Treat patients in-office, in testing centers, and via occasional telehealth visits.
- Engage in continuous learning through weekly Clinical Rounds and other methods.
- Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams through daily huddles.
- Utilize clinical training and perform in-office procedures.
- Supervise one or more NP or PA colleagues.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in, or completed within the last year, an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics residency program.
- Must presently be a Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics Resident, or have completed a Residency Program within the last calendar year and scheduled to take the next available Board Exam.
- State licensed in California, obtained before your One Medical start date.

- $308,700 to $347,300 per year
