About the Role

Responsibilities
- Build a foundation in Flow Traders’ core business, financial products, market dynamics, and pricing strategies.
- Develop skills to make informed, split-second decisions in dynamic financial markets.

Requirements
- University degree, preferably in a STEM-related field.
- Demonstrable interest in trading and global financial markets.
- Understanding of financial products.
- Excellent mental math, quantitative, and analytical skills.
- Ability to think on your feet, reason logically, and deliver under pressure.
- Entrepreneurial and competitive mindset with an eagerness to innovate and find creative solutions.
- Desire to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented work environment.
- Flexibility to work outside of standard business hours may be required.
