About the Role
The SSE Coordinator supports Intersection’s Revenue Team by aiding revenue driving initiatives, facilitating training, managing Salesforce.com data governance, and participating in ad hoc projects. This role offers an opportunity to learn the media business, collaborate cross-functionally, and grow within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Support the Revenue Operations team with special projects, reporting and research.
- Contribute to the facilitation of Sales All Hands & Training.
- Help draft internal company communications and create presentations.
- Ensure data integrity within Salesforce.com by reviewing new and existing records daily.
- Analyze the competitive landscape in local markets across out-of-home and other media channels to identify potential clients.
- Curate prospect and lead lists to share with sales, driving key sales initiatives.
- Aid the team in continuously improving and optimizing processes, technology usage, and other business aspects.
Requirements
- Highly organized, diligent, discreet, and detail-oriented.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong project management and multi-tasking abilities.
- Positive and curious mindset with a proactive approach to learning.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and capable of using judgment to complete varied tasks.
- High level of accountability for personal and team work.
- Proficient with Google Suite.
- Possesses at least basic Excel skills.
- 1+ years of relevant experience.
- A degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience.
