About the Role
Zeta is seeking a Special Education Associate or Manager dedicated to educational equity for all students. This role ensures students with disabilities receive high-quality, compliant services and supports, enabling them to thrive academically and socially.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all students receive high-quality, compliant services and supports.
- Partner with school leaders, teachers, and staff to track IEP services, interventions, accommodations, and assessment data.
- Lead the implementation of systems for accurate data collection, progress monitoring, and documentation aligned to IEP goals.
- Collaborate with School Leadership to design and deliver professional development on data tracking, compliance, and the IEP process.
- Represent the school in meetings with the Committee on Special Education (CSE) to advocate for student needs.
- Drive student outcomes using data to identify gaps, monitor progress, and improve services.
- Model strong ownership, problem-solving, and follow-through to ensure special education systems are executed with fidelity.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
