About the Role

This role focuses on procurement best practices and operations, providing strategic advice and managing complex procurement processes. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement flexible procurement policies consistent with best practices.
  • Monitor compliance with procurement policies across an enterprise.
  • Execute day-to-day procurement functions, including reviewing contracts, processing purchase orders, and entering vendor data.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory procurement requirements.
  • Prepare reports on purchasing and contracting activities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.

Requirements

  • Experience in procurement, contract negotiation, and vendor management.
  • Proficiency in English is required.
  • Proficiency in French is an asset.
