About the Role

The Team Captain is responsible for all aspects of daily operations within their assigned area, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, cGMP, SOPs, and company policies. This role involves providing guidance to team members, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and meeting department KPIs.

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring all work is performed in compliance with Safe Work Practices, cGMP, Standard Operating Procedures, company policies and strategy.
  • Providing instruction, support, and guidance to help develop the knowledge, skills and abilities of team members.
  • Handling multiple priorities in a fast paced environment while meeting/exceeding department KPI’s.
  • Providing input on personal performance evaluation, team development and training.
  • Providing results-oriented guidance that drives continuous improvement consistent with the Operations Strategy.
  • Co-ordinating and assigning all activities for their designated area of responsibility, ensuring agreed upon goals and objectives are met.

Requirements

  • Extensive knowledge of department safety procedures, equipment, systems operations, and root cause analysis.
  • Ability to apply knowledge and experience to meet and exceed job requirements.
  • Experience with MS Office, SAP and TML preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • English language proficiency.
  • Knowledge of Company procedures, documentation, and QA Standards.
  • Demonstrated personal leadership.

Experience Level

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Manufacturing environment

Education Level

  • 2 yr+ College / University

Salary/Compensations

  • $66,300.00 to $93,200.00
  • Eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
