About the Role

RBC Adversary Emulation is hiring experienced Red Team Operators and Penetration Testers to deliver scenario-driven Red Team operations, Purple Team exercises, and offensive security research. You will work alongside a skilled team of offensive and defensive security experts, utilizing industry-leading tools and training in a high-maturity environment. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive on continuous learning, problem-solving, and refining their craft within a large enterprise.

Responsibilities

Execute Red Team operations, Purple Team exercises, and hypothesis-led engagements in mature production environments.
Lead projects end-to-end from scoping and proposal writing, through execution, reporting, and stakeholder debriefs.
Develop offensive capabilities, including exploit development, novel C2 channels, and automation.
Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members.
Help evolve and improve team processes and service offerings.

Requirements

3+ years in cybersecurity, with Red Team or penetration testing experience
Strong track record executing attacks against Microsoft Active Directory / Entra ID
Experience running social engineering campaigns
Proficiency in evading EDRs
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical topics to non-technical audiences
Strong technical report writing experience
Deep understanding of offensive techniques, including OSINT collection and operationalization, building and managing C2 infrastructure, social engineering tactics, exploitation across operating systems and applications, lateral movement and privilege escalation in Windows AD, Entra ID, Windows OS, and macOS, and evasion techniques for AV and EDR
One or multiple industry-recognized certifications: OSCP, OSWP, CRTO, etc.
