About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Product Assistant to support our production, sales, and design teams. This role is ideal for someone highly organized with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, and a passion for home textiles.
Responsibilities
- Support product production processes from concept through delivery
- Coordinate sample requests and track production samples through approval
- Partner with Sales, Design, and Production teams to ensure calendar adherence and accurate product information
- Open incoming packages and log samples and materials into daily WIP tracking charts
- Digitally and physically file all approvals and production documentation
- Work closely with the Sales team to collect, track, and ensure timely communication of buyer comments and approvals
- Communicate with overseas factories to track production status, timelines, and deliveries
- Assist in maintaining artwork and packaging specifications
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, reliable, and collaborative
- Interest in textile production and product development preferred
