About the Role
This role supports the delivery of programmes and events, sitting at the centre of Studio and Accelerator operations. You will manage administrative duties, operations, and execution post-investment, including onboarding founders, scheduling, coordinating events, capturing feedback, and monitoring engagement. You will collaborate with leadership to ensure program delivery and value creation for scaling startups.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the day-to-day running of Studio and Accelerator programmes, including scheduling meetings, tracking notes, and sharing recordings.
- Help create a strong culture within programmes, fostering community across cohorts and founders, maintaining communication channels, and driving engagement.
- Manage founder onboarding, ensuring access to relevant tooling (Notion, Slack, FF App), connecting founders with team members, and sharing program resources.
- Set up new cohorts by creating Google Groups and configuring the FF App for each programme.
- Manage Founder Perks and Benefits, including onboarding new partner offerings and outreach to potential partners.
- Support and collect feedback to improve offerings and support, setting up 1-1s with founders and flagging areas for improvement.
- Maintain data collection for automatic reporting on ventures and programmes, capturing and sharing key company data and feedback via Airtable.
- Help plan and coordinate the founder events calendar, including showcases, alumni socials, fireside chats, and panels.
- Source suitable event spaces and liaise with venue stakeholders, managing contracts, payments, and on-the-day logistics.
- Manage guest lists for events, creating invites using Luma, managing attendance, and sending communications.
- Capture feedback from events and measure impact, feeding relevant data into the ongoing development of the events calendar.
Requirements
- Be highly organised, data focused, and quick to take action.
- Be curious about technology and digital tooling, with an interest in AI and automations.
- Be very comfortable with managing databases.
- Experience in operations, project management, events, or administrative roles is a plus.
- Understand and be able to talk about early-stage business development, and having an understanding of what is needed to scale new ventures.
- Have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Have high emotional intelligence and empathy for founders, their team, and colleagues.
- This role would suit a recent university graduate or someone with between 1 and 3 years experience.
- Must want to work in a fast-paced tech environment.
