About the Role
The Ambassador is responsible for greeting, assisting, and providing product and membership information to clients and guests of the salon under new ownership.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell memberships, gift cards, and retail products
- Create a friendly environment by welcoming guests and responding to needs
- Answer phone calls and book appointments
- Perform administrative tasks including filing and data entry
- Prepare guest records for treatments
- Participate in special events to promote the salon
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby and public areas
- Assist in maintaining in-house linens
- Enforce organization standards to maintain quality service
Requirements
- Ability to work flexible days and hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Prolonged periods of sitting and/or standing
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds
