About the Role
Bartlett Tree Experts is seeking a full-time Arborist Representative to join our team. This role combines a passion for arboriculture with client relationship building, focusing on assessing client needs and providing scientific tree and shrub care recommendations to grow the business.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of sales within a defined territory, including selling, marketing, customer service, administration, production, and training.
- Meet daily with existing and potential residential and commercial clients to assess their tree and shrub care needs.
- Develop and maintain positive business and client relationships within the assigned territory.
- Prepare and present proposals to clients using sales process tools, software, and technology.
- Supervise work execution to ensure adherence to contracts and client satisfaction.
- Establish personal sales expectations with a supervisor and work towards meeting sales goals.
- Implement and enforce all safety, transportation, and pesticide compliance programs.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of related experience in the tree care industry or prior sales experience.
- Possess ISA Arborist Certification or the ability to obtain one (exam cost and preparation assistance provided).
- Ability to learn to identify regional trees and shrubs, diagnose pests and diseases, and recommend management plans.
- Valid driver's license and a clean motor vehicle record.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A degree in Arboriculture, Forestry, Horticulture, Turfgrass, Environmental Science, Plant Science, Outdoor Recreation, Agriculture, or a related field is preferred but not required.

- $75,000-$300,000 annual draw plus commission
