About the Role
Fisher's Global Marketing Department seeks a Senior UX/UI Designer to enhance digital experiences for global audiences. Reporting to the Marketing Design Team TL, you will collaborate within the in-house agency, fishtank, and contribute as a senior design voice in cross-functional teams. Your role involves partnering with designers, copywriters, project managers, and stakeholders to define problems, shape strategy, and translate needs into engaging solutions. You will leverage discovery, customer journey thinking, and visual design to develop scalable solutions for global markets, establish UX best practices, and influence design, testing, and optimization processes, with emerging media and AI tools supporting the work.
Responsibilities
- Lead UX discovery and problem framing, using user, business and market insights to identify needs, define opportunities and shape clear design briefs.
- Map and evaluate customer journeys, information architecture and key interactions to create intuitive, digital-first experiences across paid and owned channels.
- Act as a senior design voice in cross-functional discussions, partnering with internal teams and external agencies to influence decisions and translate complex requirements into clear experience strategies.
- Analyse user research, experimentation results and performance data to identify opportunities, validate assumptions and inform future design and testing priorities.
- Recommend scalable experience solutions and visual systems that address immediate needs while supporting future campaigns, markets and efficient downstream production.
- Balance exploratory concept development with production-ready execution, testing and refining ideas before guiding the strongest solutions into delivery.
- Rapidly prototype journeys, interactions and concepts using tools such as Figma, Framer or lightweight front-end methods to make ideas tangible early and support faster decision-making.
- Present experience strategies, journey thinking, concepts and prototypes to stakeholders, clearly articulating the problem, design rationale, trade-offs and recommended approach.
Requirements
- 8+ years' UX/UI, digital product or experience design experience within an in-house, corporate or agency environment.
- Experience leading UX strategy, discovery, problem framing and customer journey work, translating insights into scalable solutions.
