About the Role

As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will support Sales enablement and ensure consistent operation by delivering complete and comprehensive results for a wide range of issues. You will also support cases pertaining to Salesforce and other business tools, acting as a liaison between technology teams and business partners, managing development requests, and educating Account Managers on Salesforce functionality.

Responsibilities

Support cases pertaining to Salesforce, iTools, and eTools.
Act as a liaison between technology teams and business partners.
Manage development requests.
Deliver high-quality service to internal and external customers.
Educate and train Account Managers on the use and functionality of Salesforce.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in healthcare operations, help desk operations, or systems development.
2+ years of experience in data analysis, research, and testing.
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tool.
Experience with MicroStrategy or similar business intelligence tool.
