About the Role
Language Services Associates is seeking Indonesian interpreters in the Austin, TX area to facilitate communication for the Limited English Proficient (LEP) community across various settings.
Responsibilities
- Provide superior customer service.
- Adhere to the Code of Professional Conduct, including maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Follow all policies and procedures, including professional interpretation protocols and industry-specific best practices.
- Comply with clearance requirements as requested by clients.
- Report on site to accepted assignments in a timely manner.
- Have access to personal or public transport.
Requirements
- Full fluency in both English and Indonesian.
- Ability to provide a high level of client service.
- 1+ year of professional interpreting experience preferred.
- Industry-specific certifications/trainings preferred (CMI, CCHI, etc.).
