About the Role

Language Services Associates is seeking Indonesian interpreters in the Austin, TX area to facilitate communication for the Limited English Proficient (LEP) community across various settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service.
• Adhere to the Code of Professional Conduct, including maintaining strict confidentiality.
• Follow all policies and procedures, including professional interpretation protocols and industry-specific best practices.
• Comply with clearance requirements as requested by clients.
• Report on site to accepted assignments in a timely manner.
• Have access to personal or public transport.

Requirements

• Full fluency in both English and Indonesian.
• Ability to provide a high level of client service.
• 1+ year of professional interpreting experience preferred.
• Industry-specific certifications/trainings preferred (CMI, CCHI, etc.).
