About the Role

A Product Specialist Advisor at Camping World works directly with customers to identify specialized product needs and services, providing price estimates for installations before scheduling appointments. This role is part of the sales team and collaborates with the service team to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Interact daily with customers to promote specialized product needs and installations.
• Review each job for proper sizing, colors, and placement before scheduling.
• Maintain and update prepayment logs and inform customers of work progress.
• Schedule installation appointments with designated service staff.
• Monitor daily parts traffic and receive parts for installations.
• Inspect vehicles to ensure correct parts are ordered.
• Provide excellent overall customer service.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers.
• Perform other duties as necessary, including cross-training.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• At least one year of sales experience preferred.
• At least one year of previous RV or camping product experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches.
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills.
• Knowledge of Service Department procedures and policies preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices.
• Periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.

• $45,000 - $60,000 or more
• Commission-based role with uncapped commissions
