About the Role
Little Masters Development Center is seeking compassionate, motivated professionals to grow, make an impact, and build a career in ABA. You will work with toddlers (ages 2-3) in early intervention, providing play-based ABA services in a center-based or home-based setting.
Responsibilities
- Implement ABA programs under BCBA supervision
- Provide 1:1 therapy or support structured small-group sessions
- Collect and record data accurately
- Collaborate with BCBAs, OTs, PTs, and SLPs
- Help children build meaningful communication, social, and developmental skills
Requirements
- Birth–Grade 2 Certification or LMSW
- Passion for working with young children
- Reliable, professional, and committed to providing high-quality care
- Willingness to learn and follow clinical guidance
- Background in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or a related field
- Previous ABA experience (not required—we provide comprehensive training)
