About the Role
Integritus Healthcare is seeking a Unit Manager (RN/LPN) to supervise nursing care, implement resident care plans, conduct assessments, communicate with personnel, and document patient care at Williamstown Commons Nursing and Rehab Center.

Requirements
- Graduate of accredited nursing program
- Current Massachusetts nursing license as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Supervisory and long-term care experience
- CPR/BLS/AED and IV certification required

- $77,000 – $100,000 a year (based on years of experience and depending on RN or LPN license)
