About the Role

Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician to perform repair and maintenance work in a thorough and accurate manner.

Responsibilities

• Services all equipment according to an established service schedule, company standards, and acceptable time frames.
• Troubleshoots and rectifies potential problems on location.
• Interacts with homeowners to educate, build relationships, and understand and address their HVAC concerns.
• Documents all work completed legibly and accurately according to company policy and submits daily.
• Builds and maintains customer relations in the field to ensure excellent customer service and enhance the company's image.
• Follows all safety procedures, including safe driving habits and not utilizing mobile devices in vehicles.
• Applies knowledge of products and seeks additional training/education as appropriate.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• EPA – Universal Certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license / clean driving record.
• OSHA 10-hour Construction Course preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• 2-5 years of HVAC Experience preferred.
