About the Role

The Key Account Manager of Premium Retail is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with Tweezerman’s Premium customer base. This role partners with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and develops programs to maximize profitability within their assigned accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned customers including assortment review, SKU rationalization, terms of business, co-op, trade spend, allowance, forecasting, profitability, purchase orders, and sell-in/sell-out.
  • Analyze selling and inventory data to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Support new product launches and marketing initiatives.
  • Prepare and present for account meetings.
  • Reconcile accounts with Finance monthly/quarterly.
  • Prepare for monthly/quarterly business meetings by customer.
  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
  • Ensure ROI and profitability by customer.
  • Collaborate with internal and external cross-functional teams to manage customer expectations.
  • Manage and build business with current customers including Nordstrom, Rack, Neiman Marcus, Saks Fifth Avenue, Anthropologie, and Military accounts (Army Exchange, Marines, Navy Exchange).

Requirements

  • Associate's degree required.
  • 3-5 years of experience in CPG industry; Beauty or Cosmetics category is a plus.
  • Strong analytical ability.
  • Familiar with Syndicated/Portal Data and POS.
  • Superior presentation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Candidate should be bright, energetic, and a quick study.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Adaptable to internal software programs.
  • Team player with excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Must be able to move about the building and sit for prolonged periods with finger and wrist dexterity and repetitive motion.
  • Requires domestic travel.
  • Must be able to obtain necessary documents for travel.
