About the Role
Our Housekeeping team makes our hotels feel like home. As a Room Attendant, you help create guest experiences that are enjoyable and comfortable.
Responsibilities
- Clean, dust, polish and vacuum to ensure guest rooms and bathrooms meet hotel standards.
- Change linens, make beds, and ensure the bathroom is sparkling.
- Restock all guest room supplies, such as soap, shampoo, and coffee.
- Organize the linen closet, restock the cart, and prepare for the next day before the shift ends.
- Greet guests encountered during the shift with a friendly smile.
Requirements
- Must have at least one month of related experience.
- Must have a passion for customer service.
- Must be able to work with others seamlessly.
- Must be able to collaborate within a diverse team dynamic.
- Must be able to work calmly under pressure.
- Must be able to accommodate varying schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
