About the Role

Four Winds Hospital in Westchester is seeking passionate individuals for a career in inpatient psychiatry. Therapists work collaboratively with psychiatrists and nursing staff, gaining extensive experience in child, adolescent, and adult psychiatry.

Responsibilities

• Lead individual, family and group therapy sessions
• Weekly clinical supervision to prepare for “C’” licensure
• Specialized training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Trauma-informed care (TIC), and diagnostic assessments

Requirements

• New York State LMSW/LCSW/LMHC license (limited permit accepted)
• Support given during preparation for MSW licensing exam within 6 months

• Monday through Friday

Salary/Compensations

• $55,000-$70,000 based on experience and licensure
• Opportunities for higher pay with certification in bi-lingual language proficiency
