About the Role
Continental Automotive Group is seeking an outgoing, multi-tasking Barista to assist Sales and Service customers in our complimentary Continental Cafe. This role offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to cross-train as a Receptionist. A passion for coffee is essential, and no prior experience is needed as extensive training is provided.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a smile as they enter
- Answer customer questions regarding ingredients/menu items
- Take orders while paying close attention to all details
- Prepare beverages following recipes
- Serve beverages and prepare food (cookies, pastries, muffins)
- Keep the coffee bar clean, organized, and stocked at all times
- Manage inventory of the coffee bar supplies and placing orders as needed
- Utilize google chat ordering systems for employees
- Check if brewing equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs
- Comply with health and safety regulations
- Provide excellent customer service
- Practice latte art
Requirements
- Must enjoy drinking specialty coffee
- Must be willing to cross-train as a Receptionist
- Must have held a valid driver's license for at least 1 year
- Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered
