About the Role
Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is seeking a Physician Assistant specializing in Otolaryngology to join the team at NYC Health + Hospitals/Kings County. This role is crucial for providing high-quality patient-centered care within a renowned Level I Trauma Center and academic medical setting.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations in the ENT clinic, including medical histories and physical examinations.
- Develop clinical assessments, initiate diagnostic workups, and coordinate referrals to ENT subspecialties.
- Participate in outpatient ENT subspecialty clinics, formulating treatment plans and interpreting diagnostic tests.
- Manage outpatient referrals, respond to patient communications, process prescription refills, and follow up on test results.
- Participate in daily inpatient rounds with the ENT house-staff team, documenting patient progress and updating medical records.
- Write orders and progress notes, and communicate significant patient condition changes to the supervising physician.
- Collaborate with attending physicians, residents, nurses, and multidisciplinary team members.
Requirements
- Current NYS registration as a Physician Assistant
- Current certification issued by the NCCPA
- DEA Certification

- $131,127.00 - $174,836.00 Salary/year
