About the Role
Serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries as an Unarmed Patrol Officer. Monitor and patrol a real estate location, maintaining a visible presence to deter security incidents. Conduct routine patrols, support access control, communicate professionally, and provide exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
Requirements
- Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.
- Possession of a guard card or license is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Applicants will be subject to a background investigation.
- Applicants will be subject to a drug screen.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
