About the Role
Serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare. Welcome visitors, manage access, support security-related procedures, and provide exceptional customer service and communication in a stationary role. Deter incidents through a professional presence while reflecting company values in a people-first culture.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service at the front desk by greeting visitors, staff, and/or vendors, verifying identification, and following site-specific access procedures for a healthcare location.
- Monitor lobby and reception activity, answer questions, and direct guests to the appropriate department while supporting security-related policies and visitor management practices.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting the appropriate on-site personnel and/or emergency services when needed.
- Maintain accurate front desk logs, visitor records, and incident documentation, and communicate relevant updates to Allied Universal leadership and/or client representatives.
- Help to deter unauthorized access by observing entry points, confirming credentials, and reporting unusual activity or security-related concerns according to post instructions.
Requirements
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
