About the Role
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, bringing a structured problem-solving approach to ambiguous, high-priority challenges and translating strategic objectives into actionable, measurable roadmaps. Operate in highly matrixed organizations, driving alignment across diverse, cross-functional stakeholders by influencing teams without direct authority and proactively resolving risks, dependencies, and execution barriers. Lead complex initiatives by designing scalable operating models and process improvements, facilitating executive workshops, and building leadership-ready business cases. Ensure long-term value realization by overseeing pilot programs through to full operationalization, establishing rigorous KPI frameworks to track business impact, and coaching junior team members.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven track record managing large, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment across organizations without direct reporting authority.
- Strong executive communication skills, including development of presentations for Vice Presidents, Senior Vice Presidents, and executive leadership teams.
- Experience translating ambiguous business problems into structured recommendations and execution plans.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen with experience leveraging data to support decision-making.
- Excellent project management skills with experience managing timelines, dependencies, risks, and executive reporting.
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail.
