About the Role
This VIE - AI Sales Process Analyst role supports the redesign and optimization of sales processes using AI and agentic AI solutions, identifying high-impact AI use cases, and transforming commercial reporting into actionable business intelligence.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the redesign and optimisation of sales processes through artificial intelligence and agentic AI solutions
- Identifying, evaluating and implementing high-impact AI use cases across sales and marketing activities
- Acting as the key liaison between sales & marketing and the Group AI & digital teams
- Monitoring emerging AI capabilities and translating them into practical business applications
- Transforming commercial reporting into actionable business intelligence
- Designing and automating dashboards and performance tracking tools
- Enhancing management reporting through data visualisation, automation and AI-powered insights
- Producing strategic client profiles and executive briefing materials for senior leadership meetings
- Analysing client activity, revenue trends and market developments
- Collaborating with sales, marketing, data, AI and digital teams on cross-functional initiatives
- Supporting key client working groups and selected commercial events
Requirements
- Experience with artificial intelligence and machine learning tools (such as Python, TensorFlow or Power BI)
- Experience with data visualisation
- Experience with dashboard automation

- Strong analytical mindset
