About the Role

The National Leader, High-Net-Worth Personal Lines is accountable for the overall performance, growth, retention, profitability, and strategic direction of Acrisure’s HNW Personal Lines book. This leader will define and execute a national growth strategy, strengthen advisor performance, optimize the existing portfolio, and build a scalable operating model that supports sustainable growth across regions, segments, and channels. This role requires a leader with strong commercial discipline, deep HNW market knowledge, and the ability to operate both strategically and tactically.

Responsibilities

  • Full P&L Accountability: Own overall performance of the HNW Personal Lines book, including revenue growth, retention, and profitability.
  • Establish clear performance targets by segment, region, and advisor.
  • Drive disciplined execution against growth and retention goals through a consistent operating cadence and clear accountability model.
  • National Growth Strategy: Define and execute the national growth strategy for HNW Personal Lines.
  • Identify expansion opportunities across new client acquisition, market and territory expansion, channel development, digital, referral sources, and centers of influence.
  • Partner with leadership on segmentation strategy, including a path toward deeper sub-segmentation over time.
  • Sales Leadership & Advisor Management: Lead and manage HNW-focused client advisors to improve new business production, retention, relationship management, productivity, and book growth.
  • Implement consistent sales management discipline, including goal setting, pipeline tracking, accountability, and performance coaching.
  • Establish and track advisor-level KPIs and performance benchmarks.
  • Talent Strategy: Identify, recruit, and hire top-tier HNW talent, including producers and hybrid advisors.
  • Build a sustainable talent pipeline aligned to national growth goals.
  • Develop onboarding, training, and ongoing coaching programs for HNW advisors.
  • Actively manage performance and upgrade talent where needed.
  • Book Optimization Beyond Advisor Production: Own strategy and execution for growth across the entire HNW portfolio, not limited to current advisor-driven production.
  • Identify gaps and opportunities in underpenetrated clients, aging or stagnant books, account rounding, and policy density.
  • Create targeted strategies to unlock organic growth within the existing HNW client base while improving overall book quality.
  • Cross-Sell & Account Expansion: Design and execute cross-sell and coverage expansion initiatives across the HNW client base.
  • Increase policies per client and revenue per client.
  • Partner across business lines, including commercial, specialty, life, wealth, and other applicable areas, to unlock additional client value.
  • Performance Management & Reporting: Establish a clear operating framework with standardized metrics, reporting, and leadership routines.
  • Track and report on growth and retention trends, revenue per client, policies per client, advisor productivity, pipeline health, and conversion rates.
  • Deliver regular performance updates to executive leadership with clear insights, risks, actions, and decisions needed.
  • Market & Carrier Alignment: Partner with market and carrier leadership to ensure competitive HNW product offerings, preferred carrier relationships, and strong market access.
  • Align with carrier partners on underwriting appetite, growth goals, placement strategy, and service expectations.
  • Use market insights to inform segmentation, client strategy, advisor enablement, and portfolio management.
  • Operational Alignment & Execution: Work cross-functionally with operations, placement, and service teams to ensure a scalable service model aligned to HNW client expectations.
  • Improve workflow, handoffs, and support models to enable growth while maintaining a strong client experience.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, reduce friction, and create consistency across the national HNW platform.
