About the Role
The Talent Enablement Coordinator plays an integral role in delivering a positive and consistent onboarding and talent development experience for employees across the U.S. This position partners closely with the Talent Enablement, Talent Development & Management, and Talent Acquisition teams, as well as counterparts in Mexico, to ensure effective program alignment and seamless support for new hires and participants. The Talent Enablement Coordinator is responsible for facilitating virtual new-hire onboarding calls, managing and enhancing program content, tracking and analyzing participant feedback, coordinating communications, and handling essential administrative functions. The Talent Enablement Coordinator will also provide program support for the global talent team’s budget, procurement administration, and program data support. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams and regions in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate weekly U.S. onboarding calls, delivering program content, answering questions, and ensuring a welcoming and informative experience.
- Update, create, and manage onboarding content and communications for U.S. programs; partner with the team to ensure content alignment across the U.S. and Mexico.
- Coordinate logistics for onboarding programs (e.g., Salute) and talent initiatives, including scheduling, room reservations, materials preparation, and event support.
- Serve as a Workday Journeys administrator, assisting with the creation, distribution, and ongoing updates of journeys for onboarding, development, and other talent initiatives.
- Analyze feedback from participants, using data to recommend improvements and enhance future offerings.
- Provide logistics support for virtual and in-person training sessions including scheduling, preparing content, securing local support, and supporting sessions as a producer.
- Support the evaluation of training effectiveness with attendance reports and other talent metrics.
- Provide operational support for annual and ongoing performance management activities to help ensure a smooth employee and manager experience.
- Manage the collection, creation, distribution, and ongoing enhancements of the HR Stellarscope newsletter and other talent-related communications, tailoring content for global audiences.
- Assist with the maintenance and enhancement of OpenBar and UCB Hub to ensure accessibility, accuracy, and relevance of talent resources.
- Manage the onboarding inbox, promptly responding to questions from employees across multiple regions and business units.
- Maintain records and handle data entry and document management related to onboarding and talent programs.
- Help coordinate general office and project support to the Global Talent & Development team as needed.
- Provide back-up support for DiSC administration.
- Create and manage POs in Ariba and expenses in Concur for the talent team and executive level as needed.
- Co-manage the CBI HR inbox.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience (Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, or related field preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources, onboarding, learning & development, or similar roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service orientation
- Strong organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Experience coordinating and organizing details and logistics for training initiatives, meetings, events, or programs—both in-person and virtual, and across multiple locations.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Ability to collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders across regions
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Experience with Workday, SharePoint, or related HRIS and internal communication platforms
- Experience supporting onboarding or talent development programs
- Knowledge of virtual meeting tools (e.g., Webex, Teams, Zoom)
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with content creation, newsletters, or employee communications
- Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs.
- Sitting and working at a desk/computer for extended periods
- Primary work environment is a professional corporate office
- Position may require minimal travel to support onboarding programs
