About the Role
The NewYork-Presbyterian Alexandra Cohen Hospital for Women and Newborns is seeking a Staff Nurse - RN - Postpartum/Nursery for a Full Time, Nights position. This role is crucial in providing outstanding, compassionate, and personalized care to pregnant women, newborn babies, and their families within a state-of-the-art facility.

Requirements
- Minimum one year of acute care RN experience in Women’s health
- Strong commitment to providing an outstanding patient experience
- Collaborates well with a multi-disciplinary team
- Flexible
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- Current New York State RN license
- BCLS certification
- All roles require on-site presence
- Employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP
- NYP will not reimburse for travel expenses

About the Company
- The NewYork-Presbyterian Alexandra Cohen Hospital for Women and Newborns will be a leader in providing outstanding, compassionate, personalized care to pregnant women, newborn babies and their families.
- Opened in August 2020 the 222,000 square foot facility occupies the top five-and-a-half floors of the NewYork-Presbyterian David H. Koch Center and features: 75 private rooms and well-baby bassinets, 60 private neonatal intensive care isolettes, 16 labor and delivery rooms, five operating rooms, 20 maternal critical assessment and treatment rooms, and 15 ultrasound rooms, which offers state-of-the-art visualization.
- It is the first facility in New York City to have MRI capabilities and an operating room in its neonatal intensive care unit.
