About the Role
We are seeking a high-performing Territory Sales Manager to lead our retail business across the UK & Ireland. This role involves building strong relationships with retail partners, identifying growth opportunities, training store teams, and driving sales performance.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with existing retail partners across the UK & Ireland.
- Increase sales by expanding product portfolios and implementing effective pricing strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring seamless collaboration with internal teams.
- Identify commercial opportunities, negotiate agreements, and prepare customer proposals and contracts.
- Develop tailored promotional plans for each retail partner and measure their effectiveness.
- Visit retail stores regularly to strengthen relationships, evaluate product presentation, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Deliver engaging product training to retail sales teams, enabling them to confidently sell our products.
- Monitor account performance, forecast sales, and proactively identify risks and growth opportunities.
- Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to help shape future commercial strategies.
Requirements
- A proven sales professional with experience managing retail or wholesale accounts.
- A relationship builder who enjoys working closely with customers and creating long-term partnerships.
- Commercially minded, with strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- Highly organized and comfortable managing your own schedule in a remote environment.
- Results-oriented, proactive, and motivated by achieving ambitious sales targets.
- Comfortable traveling extensively across the UK & Ireland to visit retail partners.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
- Experience within the bedding, furniture, home, lifestyle, or consumer goods industry is an advantage.
