About the Role

Serve as a strategic advisor to Operations leaders, aligning people strategies with business priorities, strengthening talent and organizational capability, and shaping a culture where associates feel connected to meaningful work and business impact.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with leaders to assess business challenges and opportunities using data, VOC, direct engagement, and HR metrics to identify gaps and inform decisions.
  • Develop and execute integrated talent and organization plans aligned to business strategy, Veralto HR priorities, and OpCo objectives.
  • Support change management and anticipate future talent and capability needs based on strategy, market dynamics, and operational requirements.
  • Lead talent processes for assigned client groups, including performance, succession, development, and workforce planning.
  • Partner with leaders to accelerate readiness for critical roles, with a focus on manufacturing and operations-critical positions.
  • Develop and maintain deep insight into organizational talent to inform development, internal movement, and succession decisions.
  • Support leaders in building strong leadership pipelines and attracting diverse external talent.
  • Serve as a strategic thought partner to leaders on people, organization, culture, and talent challenges.
  • Coach leaders through capability gaps, workforce transitions, leadership effectiveness, and business growth initiatives.
  • Enable consistent execution of HR and talent processes by integrating talent considerations into business decisions.
  • Advocate for associates by supporting positive employee relations and effective issue resolution.
  • Partner with Labor & Employee Relations, Legal, and specialists to mitigate risk and ensure compliance with labor laws, employment practices, and company policies.
  • Champion Veralto and OpCo culture by reinforcing trust, engagement, inclusion, and accountability.
  • Drive execution of people and organization priorities using VES tools, problem-solving processes, and Kaizen.
  • Partner with HR Centers of Excellence and HR service partners to deliver consistent, high-quality HR solutions.
  • Share best practices across Veralto operating companies and functions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field required.
  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience within manufacturing or industrial environments.
  • Proven experience in HR business partnering, talent management, employee relations, and change management.
  • Strong understanding of Canadian/US employment laws and HR practices.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and HR Centers of Excellence.
  • Exposure to Lean, Kaizen, VES, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Experience supporting multi-site operations.
  • Experience working in complex, matrixed, or global organizations.
