Support bartenders in preparing and servicing the bar to deliver outstanding guest service.

Respond to guest needs and requests in a timely and professional manner.
Retrieve orders from storeroom, check stock, and reconcile with requisitions.
Prepare bar garnishes and mix juices.
Stock and maintain bar supplies including paper products, condiments, and glassware.
Maintain cleanliness of bar area, beer lockers, refrigerators, and storage areas.
Greet guests courteously and thank them upon departure.
Inform Lead Bartender or Managers of all guest comments and complaints.
Follow procedures to properly open and close the bar, handle keys, run POS reports, and perform side work.
Be familiar with the company's beverage lines and drink recipes.
Review and verify the previous shift’s inventory at the beginning of every shift.
Maintain proper care and cleanliness of tableware and serving equipment.
Represent PlumpJack in a positive and professional manner.
Promote and comply with all PlumpJack policies and procedures.
Immediately report all suspicious occurrences and hazardous conditions.
Maintain the cleanliness and safety of work areas at all times.
Attend all mandatory meetings.
Perform other tasks, including cross training, as directed.
Adhere to the attendance and punctuality policy.
Report to work as scheduled and be prepared to start work.
Remain at work for the entire work shift, except for meal and rest periods or authorized business.

Previous bar experience preferred.
Must have current Food Handler and Responsible Beverage Service Certificate that reviews all California liquor laws.
Basic knowledge of foods, service standards and procedures.
Detail oriented, organized and efficient.
Diplomatic and calm with strong verbal communication skills.
Courteous, friendly and professional manner.

The bar’s namesake track, White Rabbit, was recorded in the bar in the 60s with vocals by Grace Slick.
