About the Role

Dream Unlimited is seeking a passionate and driven student to join its Development team as a 4-month intern beginning Fall 2026. This is a unique opportunity to contribute skills, learn about the office experience, and work on meaningful projects within an innovative real estate company.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside the development team on day-to-day tasks to meet project timelines.
• Interact with various groups in the company to facilitate the execution of project deliverables.
• Attend meetings as required with members of the development team.
• Facilitate the coordination of project memos and manage task lists.
• Provide support as needed to development team members.
• Consolidate current and past project folders on the internal group drive, assimilate into a new digital structure, and catalogue past project records/drawings for offsite storage.
• Assist with daily administrative tasks, including meeting scheduling, catering requests, group email distributions, printing, and filing.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a College or Undergraduate Program.
• Pursuing a degree in Finance, Urban Planning, Real Estate, or Architecture.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Proficient in Adobe/Bluebeam.
• Possess a collaborative mindset and positive attitude.
