About the Role
As the Assistant Bakery Manager, you will support the Bakery Manager in leading the Bakery Department by overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, and providing excellent customer service. You will help drive production and budget objectives, maintain high standards of quality and efficiency, and perform stocking duties as needed.
