About the Role
Westchester Hills Golf Club is seeking a full-time Grill Cook eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property. As part of Troon, you'll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and standards.
- Ensure food quality and presentation meet high standards.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines and sanitation procedures.
- Assist in the development of new menu items and specials.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Cook in a restaurant or culinary setting.
- Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
